At Misko, we have been making traditional Italian-style pasta in Greece since 1927. Our #10 Spaghettini is delicious al dente in a classic aglio e olio (with garlic and olive oil) or marinara (tomato) sauce – or alle vongole (with garlic, clams and parsley). This thin pasta also pairs perfectly with pasta primavera. For an elegant main dish, serve our #10 Spaghettini al dente with sautéed garlic, shallots, artichokes, shrimp, white wine, lemon and capers. For a Mediterranean-inspired version of spaghetti and meatballs, serve Misko #10 Spaghettini with lamb meatballs, in an oregano and mint-infused tomato sauce, topped with toasted pine nuts and tangy Feta cheese.
